An e-mail will be sent out to all attendees to gather their flight information by August 2022. In order to be picked up by our shuttle on October 15th, 2022 you must be at San Jose International airport (SJO) by 12:00 noon. If you would like to arrive a day early we can suggest a few nearby accommodations that have a free airport shuttle pick-up: Hotel Aeropuerto, Irazu Hotel & Studios, Hostel Casa Colon

Our shuttles will have you dropped back off to the (SJO) airport on October 20th, 2022 by 4:00pm.
